How'd we get started?
Red Ice Designs was launched in 2007 by professional web designer and developer Joe Valdez, who serves as the Chief Designer. We operate out of Old Town Alexandria and serve the surrounding areas of Washington D.C., including Northern Virginia and Southern Maryland.
